Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Huajues. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our micro thermal printers and related electronic products. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

  1. Return Eligibility
    You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
    The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    The item must include all original accessories, manuals, and cables.
    You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Due to the nature of electronic products and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned:
    Items that have been opened, used, installed, or damaged due to misuse.
    Items returned without their original packaging or missing parts.
    Software or digital products that have been downloaded or activated.
    Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased at a discounted clearance price.
  3. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mailto:info@huajues.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue.
    For verified defective items, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
    Huajues will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. We may provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a courier pickup depending on your location.
  4. Return Shipping & Fees
    Non-Defective Returns: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong model), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    Customs and Duties: For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the return process are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    Recommended Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
  5. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
    A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal). Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  6. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product due to a defect, please email us at mailto:info@huajues.com to initiate the process.
  7. How to Initiate a Return
    To start a return, please email us at mailto:info@huajues.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without an RMA number. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
