All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We ship our micro thermal printers and electronic products worldwide from our warehouse in Xiamen, China. Below are the estimated delivery times for different regions:

3. Shipping Costs

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Huajues is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will usually be active within 24-48 hours.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Huajues is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
