However, we do not warrant that the actual product colors or your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate. All Products are subject to availability.
    3.2 Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product at any time. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    3.3 Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in product or pricing information.

We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance processes, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Xiamen city, Fujian province.
